Why did you choose Brown?

I wanted to find a place where I felt like I belonged with my coresidents and faculty and where I felt like those training me were invested in my success. The people, combined with the excellent training in fields I am interested in, led me to choose Brown. 

What are your favorite things about Providence & RI?

I am a foodie and love the beach, and Rhode Island is known for both! Providence is a perfect mid-sized city, with more of a homey feel. 

Plans for the future?

I am considering fellowships in Trauma/ACS or MIS and hope to build a career centered around advocacy and research surrounding vulnerable populations!
