Why did you choose Brown?

I chose Brown because the residents and faculty made such a strong impression when I visited in

person! Everyone was warm, inviting, and I got the impression that everyone was going to be supportive! In addition to that, I was impressed when I met the senior residents heard about the breadth of cases/pathologies that they were exposed to. Between the supportive culture and the rigorous training, Brown declared itself as a program that I would be interested in attending.

What are your favorite things about Providence & RI?

My favorite thing about Providence is how beautiful and scenic the city is! This city has a scenic

old-time charm that makes it enjoyable to explore. I also appreciate how there are so many opportunities to see nature all over the state!

Plans for the future?

I’m interested in pursuing a fellowship in Trauma/ Critical Care, but I am open to considering other specialties!
