Why did you choose Brown?

I chose Brown because I wanted a program with great clinical and academic opportunities, as well as a welcoming culture. I also love New England and enjoy being close to family and friends in the area.

What are your favorite things about Providence & RI?

I love being close to the ocean and the many outdoor recreation opportunities available in the area. I also really enjoy the food scene, there are so many great restaurants in Providence!

Plans for the future?

I am currently interested in pursuing a career in trauma surgery, and would love to stay on the east coast for fellowship and beyond. I am also interested in surgical outcomes research as well as public health/healthcare access research.
