Why did you choose Brown?
I chose Brown’s program for its wide range of cases, rigorous operative experience, and emphasis on developing excellent surgeons. My interview day made it clear to me that the program's supportive and close-knit community, along with the faculty's dedication to teaching, create a welcoming and inspiring training environment. The sense of family between residents that I saw was something I wanted to be a part of.
What are your favorite things about Providence & RI?
Providence offers proximity to the water and great places to spend time outdoors, along with easy access to the whole New England.
Plans for the future?
TBD. Currently, I’m interested in Thoracic Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
