Why did you choose Brown?

The Department of Surgery faculty and leadership have an incredibly strong commitment to education. The residents were very welcoming and were great teachers when I rotated here.

What are your favorite things about Providence and RI?

Providence: the food! 

RI: the ocean! Also, the close proximity to beaches, skiing, hiking, and cities, like Boston and NYC. 

Plans for the future?

To become an excellent surgeon and educator.
