Why did you choose Brown? I was able to complete an away here and the residents were some of my favorite people I had worked with. Brown also had a number of opportunities of interest to me, including a global surgery elective. I was also excited by the idea of living in Providence, RI close to my friends and family and near the beach!
What are your favorite things about Providence & RI? So far, my favorite thing about Providence has been the food! And RI is a beautiful state with some of the best beaches!
Plans for the future? At this point, I am most interested in pursuing trauma surgery. I also have an interest in global health.
